Genelec 8020D Studio Monitor

The Genelec 8020 DPM is an active two-way studio monitor featuring compact dimensions that make it highly suitable for broadcast and OB cars or in smaller project studios under cramped conditions. Equipped with power amplifiers, filters and a protection circuit, the 8020 DPM studio monitor offers a high degree of reliability and transmission quality in a highly compact, robust aluminium housing. The rounded housing edges and special sound guidance ensure an optimal spatial representation and a wide listening zone. Despite the small size, the 8020 DPM has a long bass reflex channel that allows a precise and deep bass reproduction. The Genelec 8020 DPM can be adapted to the acoustic conditions of the room via switchable filters. As a result, the listening conditions can be significantly improved. The standard IsoPod stand uncouples the monitor from the ground and can also be tilted and adjusted to the position of the listener. A switchable auto-start function automatically turns on the monitor when the audio signal is present.
