What delivery costs, when we ask for an advance, and how returns work.

Advance payment

Orders above ৳10,000 require a 50% advance payment. Checkout shows the amount due now and the balance before you confirm.

Return policy

  1. Return time limit

    Customers can request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after 24 hours.

  2. Return delivery charge

    If a customer wants to return a product, the return delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

These two conditions also appear on every invoice we issue.

Delivery across Bangladesh৳90 inside Dhaka, ৳180 outside, for the first 1–2 kg. Orders above ৳10,000 need a 50% advance.
