Privacy policy
What we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated October 2026
Information we collect
- Account and order details: name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the items you order.
- Sign-in: if you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address from Google. We never see your Google password.
- Payments: online payments are handled by our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card or mobile-banking credentials; we receive only the payment result and a transaction reference.
- Visit statistics: an anonymous session identifier, the pages you view and an approximate location (country and city) derived from your connection. We do not store your IP address with these statistics.
- On your device: your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including sending order updates by email or SMS.
- To handle returns and cancellations, and to keep records we are required to keep.
- To understand which pages and products are popular so we can improve the store.
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to fulfil your order:
- our courier partner, which receives your name, phone number and delivery address;
- our payment gateway, for online payments;
- our email and SMS providers, to send order messages.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove what we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop order-update messages, by contacting us through the contact page. You can clear your cart at any time by clearing your browser data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
