Description
The Giuliani GBJ B6E is a 6-string acoustic-electric banjo — also known as a banjitar or guitjo — designed for players who want the classic twang of a banjo while using familiar guitar tuning (E-A-D-G-B-E). Because it follows standard guitar tuning, guitarists can immediately apply their existing chord shapes, scales, and fingerpicking techniques without learning a new instrument from scratch.
Equipped with a built-in pickup and a standard ¼-inch output jack, the GBJ B6E can be plugged directly into an amplifier or PA system — making it equally at home on stage or in the studio. A closed-back wooden resonator projects sound forward for a fuller, punchier tone compared to open-back designs.
